The
Courses of the Institute is divided into two broad
categories which are:
1. The Core
2. The Elective Courses
Core Courses are taught in the first two Semesters and
partly in the Third and the Fourth Semesters.
Elective Courses are taken in the third and the fourth
Semesters. Students do have the flexibility to pursue
electives in their own fields of interest and that too
in two fields as major and minor electives.

* The Director, at his discretion, may admit lesser
number of students, if deemed fit.
** The Director has the discretion to fill any number
of these seats with open/merit category candidates.
ELIGIBLITY
Bachelors Degree (from any recognized University) in
any discipline, with at least of 50% aggregate marks.
Final year Bachelors Degree students can also apply
but they should submit their mark sheet of the
qualifying examination at the time of Personal
Interview. Students failing in submitting their mark
sheet at the time of Personal Interview shall stand
cancelled.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
For Category ‘A’ (Open/Merit)
Selection under this category is a three step process
comprising of:
(i) WRITTEN ENTRANCE TEST (Weightage : 200 marks) – 02
hours duration
It is divided in four parts:( 50 marks each)
English Language
General Awareness
Logical Reasoning
Quantitative Aptitude
Note : Candidate having passed the MAT and other All
India Management Entrance Tests recognized by the
University with a minimum of 50% score will be
eligible t seek exemption from the written
examination. Marks secured at such tests will be
counted as marks secured at the written test.
(ii) GROUP DISCUSSION (Weightage : 40 Marks)
(iii) PERSONAL INTERVIEW (Weightage : 60 Marks)
In addition to the above three, due weightage is given
the following things (25 marks each):

(v) WORK EXPERIENCE
For Category ‘B’
All eligible candidates will be called for GD & PI and
a separate merit list will be prepared on the basis of
Past Academic Record, PI, GD and Work Experience

PART – I STUDENTS

20,000 p.a. (consolidated)
2. For Students of Category ‘B’
Business/Industry Sponsored Rs. 50,000 p.a.
(consolidated)
NRI/Foreign Sponsored $ 4,000 p.a. (consolidated) or
equivalent in terms of Indian Currency
PART – II STUDENTS
Same as that for Part - I students, as shown above,
plus Rs. 1000 towards Specialization (except
Information Technology)
